EMS Strengthens Executive Leadership Team

Halifax, June 2026 – Equipment Management Solutions Group Limited (“EMS”), a global provider of technology-driven services for reusable supply chain assets, today announced the appointment of Shelley Pierre as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Mark Dobson as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

The appointments form part of EMS’s continued investment in its leadership team following the recent strategic investment from Pelican Capital and support the company’s long-term growth strategy as it continues its evolution from a specialist equipment management provider to an intelligence-led supply chain partner.

Shelley Pierre joins as Chief Commercial Officer

Shelley Pierre joins EMS with almost 20 years of experience across the supply chain, logistics, and pallet pooling sectors.

Throughout her career, Shelley has held a number of senior commercial leadership positions, leading growth strategies, customer partnerships, and cross-regional commercial teams across Europe. She brings extensive experience in building high-performing commercial functions and delivering sustainable growth within complex supply chain environments.

As Chief Commercial Officer, Shelley will lead EMS’s commercial strategy, supporting the company’s continued growth across existing markets while helping to develop new service offerings, strategic partnerships, and long-term customer relationships.

Mark Dobson joins as Chief Financial Officer

Mark Dobson joins EMS with 20 years of financial leadership experience across high-growth, private equity-backed, and international businesses.

His background spans strategic finance, governance, financial planning, acquisitions, and supporting organisations through periods of growth and transformation. Mark has extensive experience helping businesses scale while maintaining strong financial discipline and operational effectiveness.

As Chief Financial Officer, Mark will lead the finance function, supporting strategic decision making, strengthening governance and reporting capabilities, and ensuring EMS is well positioned to deliver its long-term growth ambitions.
